12 x 18ft Garden Workshop

This 12 x 18ft garden workshop is one of our Superior Sheds. It was designed to our customer’s specifications by our CAD engineers before being hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by members of our installations team, which was included in the overall price of the garden workshop.

Our Superior Sheds come in a wide range of sizes so you can have one as small or as large as you require. You can choose whether you would like an apex or pent roof design, as well as where you would like the doors and windows placed to ensure your design is tailored to your exact requirements. This large wooden shed has an apex roof design and measures 12 x 18ft. Our customer has chosen to have a set of double doors, with an opening of 1700 x 1800mm, placed in the side and a single personnel door in the gable. There are two double window sets that contain one opening window in the side of the garden workshop, and a single opening window placed on either side of the personnel door in the gable, with the one on the right being an opening window.  The roof, which features a charming overhang, is covered in heavy-duty felt, and guttering has also been installed. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap and treated with a light oak preservative.

Inside, our customer has opted for an insulated heavy-duty floor, which is designed to offer extra support to any particularly heavy items stored inside. Our customer also chose to have the windows double glazed. Our Superior Sheds come unlined as standard, so you can add insulation yourself after installation if you wish, but if you would prefer to have a fully insulated workshop shed supplied, we can insulate the walls and ceiling of our Superior Sheds and line them with oak faced ply. Another feature our customer has opted to have installed on their garden workshop is our security pack, which will offer additional peace of mind that any items of value are safely secured inside. Our security pack consists of stainless steel bars mortised into the window frames, safety screws installed into the door hinges that are impossible to unscrew, and a heavy-duty, fully steel-encased 7 lever lock.
