14 x 16ft Summerhouse with Veranda

Built to 14 x 16ft (4.2 x 4.8m), this chalet style summerhouse is in our Morston style, designed to suit our customer’s specific requirements. The customer was looking for a garden building that could provide an entertaining space throughout the summer months, including a large space with a veranda to match this. The Morston Summerhouse was tailor made in our Norfolk factory by our expert craftsmen, using high quality FSC® certified timber. We include delivery and installation from a dedicated in-house team within the final cost of every one of our luxury garden summerhouses, so once designed, you can rest easy knowing this will be installed for you.

Our Morston Summerhouse has the addition of a covered 1.2m veranda space. This provides both an indoor and outdoor space within the build, allowing outdoor space which can be used for alfresco dining in the summer. The double-glazed Georgian windows allow natural light into the summerhouse, but also offer the practical benefit of keeping the building warmer in the winter months. Finished in a weatherboard cladding and painted in the colour Lizard from our Exterior colour range, the overall effect is timeless and well suited to the customer.

Inside the summerhouse, the customer wanted to ensure that the space could be used for any purpose. By installing an electrical pack, lighting and power ports have been included within the build to ensure its complete functionality. The floor has been insulated, and wall lining has been included to ensure that the build can be used all year round with no limitations.
