10 x 14ft Glazed Garden Studio

A beautiful modern garden build with a slight traditional charm, our clients purchased our quality Burnham Garden Studio in a 10 x 14ft (3.0 x 4.2m) size. The client chose this garden building to suit their need for a space that could be diversly used, acting as both a working office room as well as an indoor garden area for the family to relax in. 

All of our garden studios are hand crafted in our Norfolk factories, with this build in particular combining our FSC® certified timber with large full-length glass windows to enhance the modern feel. With a range of features available the client tailored this garden studio to suit their own specific requirements. Built in a 10 x 14 ft size, the studio allows plenty of interior space, allowing room for garden studio furniture, as well as a desk area to work at. With fully glazed double doors, the entire front of this building uses glass, which allows plenty of natural light through the double glazed windows, into the Burnham Studio. The polished chrome details used on the studio door and window furniture, enhances the high quality of this garden building, tying in well with the modernity the windows add. The customer chose a to finish the building in our Exterior paint system in the colour Ash, with smooth shiplap cladding. There is a traditional twist to this design with a pitched apex roof, which has a covering of cedar shingle tiles. 

The interior of this build has been well finished with an Ivory painted matchboard internal lining, which is paired with an insulated natural lacquered floor. With this internal finishing, the custom garden studio feels very much part of the existing home, and provides the comfort required to use this space socially. The client chose to have an electrical pack installed with heating included, making the garden studio a functional space that easily can be used all year round, at any time of day.
