10 x 12ft Summerhouse with Veranda

This 10 x 12ft Summerhouse with Veranda is one of our Morston Summerhouses, installed for a customer who wanted both indoor and outdoor space to enjoy their garden from. As all of our garden buildings are hand-crafted to order inside our Norfolk factory, our customer was able to select all of the interior and exterior design options they wanted from our vast range to customise their new summerhouse to their tastes. We also include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings to give our customers peace of mind that their building is being installed by experts from our highly regarded installations team.

From 8 x 10ft to 20 x 20ft, our Morston Summerhouse is available in a range of sizes so you can find the one that best suits the space you have available in your garden. Our customer has opted for our 10 x 12ft (3.0 x 3.6m) size, which includes a 3.9ft (1.2m) veranda to the front of the building. The veranda is the standout feature of our Morston Summerhouse as it offers an outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy your flourishing garden during the warmer months of the year. The apex roof of our Morston Summerhouse charming overhangs above the veranda, providing a nice amount of shade. The roof is covered in heavy-duty felt while the shiplap clad exterior of the building is painted in Exterior Ash. Our Morston Summerhouse comes unlined as standard, but if you would prefer to have it painted, you can upgrade to our Exterior Paint System, just like this customer did, or you can choose a shade from a range of specially selected Farrow & Ball colours.

To make it suitable for sitting inside on cooler days, our customer chose to have the walls and ceiling of their Morston Summerhouse lined and insulated, with the walls lined in Ivory painted matchboard to give a more homely feel. To allow fresh air to flow through on those balmier spring and summer days, our customer has opted to have one opening window installed on the right-hand side of the Summerhouse. The other three windows on this Summerhouse are fixed and they are all designed to have a chalet-style look, along with the set of double doors.
