8 x 12ft Apex Studio

This 8 x 12ft Garden Studio is one of our Langham Studios, which was installed for our customer who was looking for their own hobby space away from the house. All of our high-quality garden studios are made to order within our Norfolk factory and are handcrafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen.

The Langham Garden Studio is a traditional style of studio space, with the window height perfectly sat at desk height – suiting the customer’s need for a hobby space. When designing your ideal garden studio at Crane, you can choose from a number of sizes. The customer chose a reasonable size of 8 x 12ft (2.4 x 3.6m), allowing plenty of space within the garden studio without dominating the overall size of the garden.

With a double door that is half glazed, and polished chrome features, the studio has a modern feel that allows plenty of light into the build. The designed studio has been finished in shiplap cladding, and painted in the neutral colour Ash from our Exterior Paint Range, complementing the more contemporary features of the build. This ties in nicely with the grey slate effect tiles on the roof.

To help keep the garden studio open and light, our customer chose to give the internal walls an Ivory painted finish. As with all our Garden Studios, the Langham comes with full insulation and double glazing as standard, allowing use throughout the year. On top of this, the customer also chose to include an electrical pack, making the space as practical as it can be. This of course was an additional feature, that does not need to be included if you are looking for a more simplistic space yourself.
