12 x 12ft Garden Summerhouse

This recently installed 12 x 12ft (3.6 x 3.6m) Wiveton Summerhouse was the perfect outdoor living solution for our customers who were looking a leisurely spot to catch the sun in their east-west facing garden. Our range of summer garden buildings are constructed by our team of expert craftsmen based in our Norfolk factory, and delivery and installations comes included in our prices.

This luxury summerhouse features a traditional octagonal shape, with an array of modern design elements. The smooth exterior shiplap cladding is constructed using our highest quality FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, whilst the four sets of double windows offer our customers panoramic views of their garden from all angles. The Georgian windows are also double glazed and traditionally designed to give this premium summerhouse a timeless appeal. The octagonal design is also ideal for circular seating arrangements, whilst the double door allows the sun to flood into this social spot, great for entertaining guests. Covered in Grey slate composite tiles, the roof perfectly complements the exterior paint colour, Twine, from our Exterior paint system, which alongside being weather resistant and protective, also gives this classic design a contemporary finish.

The interior of this luxury summerhouse is equally stunning with a multitude of additional features to create our customers dream summer garden building. Whilst our Wiveton does come with lined walls and ceiling as standard, our customers opted for floor insulation, alongside an electric pack with a heater. This means that this summer garden building is fully functional all year round and our customers will be able enjoy their premium summerhouse irrespective of the time of year. Our customers decided on the colour Ivory for their matchboard internal lining and ceiling, which effortlessly complements their engineered flooring in the shade Heritage Oak. A combination of classic design and contemporary features allowed our customers to create a premium summerhouse that seamlessly blends with their existing green space.
