10 x 14ft Garden Studios

This 10 x 14ft (3.0 x 4.2m) Burnham Studio was recently installed for our customers in Cromer, Norfolk, who were looking to create an outdoor retreat in their garden. With sea views from the comfort of their back garden, our customers designed this large garden studio with a multitude of luxurious finishes and the ultimate seaside view. Constructed by our expert team of craftsmen using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, this modern studio did not have far to travel from our Norfolk factory to its final destination in Cromer. Delivery and installation is also included in our prices so there are no hidden costs waiting around the corner.

Measuring at 10 x 14ft, the exterior of this large garden studio features smooth shiplap cladding, six windows and a spacious double door. The six windows, which include four floor to ceiling windows and two fanlight windows, allow our customers to take in the panoramic views that their garden has to offer, whilst helping to ventilate this modern studio during the warm months.

The apex roof is covered in Red Slate composite tiles, which complements our customers existing patio area and brickwork of their home. This modern studio has had the roof pitch lowered to eight degrees in order to avoid disrupting the neighbours view by exceeding the 9ft hedge that borders the garden. Finished in the paint colour Ivory from our Exterior paint system, with polished chrome door furniture, this design combination makes this modern studio stand out as a centrepiece whilst fitting the aesthetics of our customers home.

The interior of this Burnham Studio comes fully lined and insulated as standard, which means our customers can enjoy this insulated garden studio all year-round. Our customers also opted to add an electric pack and heater to their Burnham in order to give them additional control of the temperature inside their building during the winter months. The internal matchboard lining and ceiling of this insulated garden studio has also been painted in the colour Ivory to mirror the exterior style, whilst the Natural timber flooring has been lacquered to give it a mid-sheen finish and offer protection from general wear and tear.
