10 x 14ft Summerhouse

This 10 x 14ft Summerhouse is our Cley: a traditionally shaped summerhouse with an elegant, hipped roof design. It is suitable for a whole variety of purposes, from a relaxing garden room to a home office or art studio, which is what our customer is using it for. Our customer’s 10 x 14ft Summerhouse turned art studio was designed to their specification by our CAD engineers and hand-crafted to order by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory. The Cley Summerhouse was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by members of our installations team, which we include in the price of all our buildings.

Our Cley Summerhouse comes in a range of sizes. You can have it as small as 6 x 8ft to as large as 12 x 16ft, with plenty of sizes in between. Our customer opted for our 10 x 14ft summerhouse design for their garden, with grey slate effect tiles on the roof and Georgian windows. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap and painted using our Exterior Paint System in the colour Sundrenched Blue. Our Cley comes painted in your choice of colour from our Exterior Paint System as standard, but you can upgrade to Farrow & Ball’s rich and fully opaque paint system and pick a colour of your choosing from a specially selected range.

The walls and ceiling of our Cley Summerhouse come lined and insulated as standard to make it suitable for use throughout the year, but for further comfort, our customer also chose to add floor insulation and double glazing. They also opted to add our electric pack and a heater, supplying the Cley with power, lighting, and additional warmth. Instead of the standard natural matchboard, our customer opted for our Ivory painted option, which they have paired with a natural lacquered floor. Of course, there are other interior decoration options you can choose from for your own summerhouse, such as a painted ceiling, Farrow & Ball painted lining, and one of our engineered flooring types.
