10 x 14ft Hipped Roof Summerhouse

This 10 x 14ft Hipped Roof Summerhouse is one of our Cley Summerhouses, installed in this breathtakingly beautiful garden belonging to one of our customers. Selected from our wide range of Summerhouses, Studios and Garden Rooms, our customer opted for our Cley Summerhouse with all the interior and exterior design options they wanted in order to tailor the building to their tastes. To allow our customers to have a tailor-made building, all our buildings are designed and hand-made to order. The manufacturing plans are drawn by our CAD engineers, which are then used by our skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory to hand-craft the building to order using FSC® certified timber. Once the building is made, it is then delivered and assembled at our customer’s address by our installations team, which we include in the overall price of our buildings as part of our end-to-end service.

Our Cley Summerhouse is available in a variety of standard and more tailor-made sizes, with our customer opting for a Cley measuring 10 x 14ft (3.0 x 4.2m). Our Cley Summerhouse has a hipped roof design with two double window sets and double doors in the front of the building, and another double window set on either side. To customise their building, our customer has chosen to have the roof covered in grey slate effect tiles and the windows are leaded in style. It has a smooth exterior finish, thanks to the shiplap cladding, and it has been painted in exterior paint system colour, Sage.

To ensure it is suitable for use throughout the year, the walls and ceiling of our Cley Summerhouse comes lined and insulated as standard. For further comfort, our customer has opted to add floor insulation and double glazing as extra. Our customer has also chosen to add electrics and a heater to their building too, which will supply it with power, lighting, and warmth. The walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and our engineered floorboards have been laid on the floor, in the shade Copenhagen.
