8x10ft Salthouse Studio with Matchboard Lining

This 8 x 10ft garden studio was recently installed as a modern space from which our customer could enjoy their garden. They chose our Salthouse Studio because they wanted a stylish looking building that allowed plenty of natural light inside. It was designed and hand-built to the customer’s requirements at our Narford factory in Norfolk and then delivered and installed by our expert team.

This Salthouse Studio is 8 x 10ft in size, but you’ll find that are available in more than 25 sizes, ranging from 6 x 8ft to 16 x 20ft. Our Salthouses come with a fully glazed front side, a fully glazed panel on each side, and at least one opening fanlight for ventilation. It is also fully lined and insulated in the walls, floor and ceiling to make your building suitable for year-round use. Our customer also opted for an electric pack with heater for maximum comfort. 

Our Salthouses come with an overhanging pent roof which can be covered with heavy duty felt or a living sedum matt. Our customer opted for the heavy duty felt to increase its longevity. Our customer also chose to have their shiplap cladded Salthouse externally painted in the shade Sage from our external paint system and paired it with white coloured guttering. Inside the building is a Light Oak lacquered floor, polished chrome door furniture and Ivory painted matchboard lining.
