6x8'6ft Octagonal Roof Wiveton Summerhouse

This 6 x 8’6”ft Summerhouse was recently installed in the garden of one of our customers. They chose our Wiveton Summerhouse because they liked the building’s octagonal shape. They picked out which features and optional extras they wanted before it was designed and hand-made at our Norfolk factory and delivered and installed by our experts.

Our Wiveton Summerhouse is available in five different sizes with this one measuring 6 x 8’6”ft. Its octagonal shape means you can appreciate your garden from all angles, with windows in four out of the eight sides as standard to give a light and airy feel. This customer has opted to remove two of the windows as it worked better for them in the space that they had available, with the remaining two windows being leaded and opening.

Externally, the customer has opted for our smooth shiplap cladding, which comes as standard, and has chosen to customise it with the Light Gray shade from the water resistant and anti-fungal Farrow & Ball paint system. They’ve also chosen our grey slate tiles to cover the roof, which will help protect their building against UV rays, wind and hail. Inside the building, the customer has chosen to have a Light Oak lacquered floor to help protect the timber as well as giving it a nice sheen, and polished brass door furniture.

The Wiveton Summerhouse comes lined and has insulation in the walls and ceiling. You can also opt to have the floor insulated, like this customer did, to ensure maximum comfort levels as well as decreased noise levels which will help turn your building into a retreat you can enjoy all-year-round.
