8 x 16ft Holkham Summerhouse with external partition

This 8 x 16ft Holkham Summerhouse was recently selected by a customer from our large range of FSC® Certified timber summerhouses. It was designed and hand-built at our Narford HQ in Norfolk before being delivered and installed at the customer’s specified delivery address by our expert team of installers. The Holkham Summerhouse, just like any of the luxury garden buildings in our vast range, are made to order by our expert craftsmen in Norfolk and include delivery and installation.

This Holkham Summerhouse measures 8 x 16ft but it is available in a range of different sizes so you can tailor your summerhouse to your requirements. The Holkham comes with windows in three of the four sides and double doors as standard to give a light and airy feel inside, but this customer has chosen to have a partition in their building with an external door to give them extra storage.

The customer has opted for the standard roof design for their Holkham Summerhouse with an apex roof that is heat-bonded with heavy-duty felt, which is great for weatherproofing and giving longevity to the building. The exterior design features shiplap cladding to give the building strength and durability and is finished with a Light Oak preservative. Both of these are included as standard on our Holkham Summerhouses, but you could opt for weatherboard cladding to give your summerhouse a rustic look and finish it off with a paint from our external paint system or any of the Farrow & Ball colours.

As for the interiors of our Holkham Summerhouse, it can be lined and insulated to make it comfortable for year-round use and electrics can be added should you wish to enjoy light, heat and power inside your building.
