13 x 19ft Garden Office

This 13 x 19ft garden office is one of our Holt garden offices. It was selected by our customer who wanted a contemporary garden office to give them a separate space to work from home in. As all of our garden offices are hand-made to order, our customer was able to customise their Holt garden office to meet their needs, both practically and stylistically, with our range of interior and exterior design options. After our customer had selected which of our design options they wanted, the manufacturing plans were created by our CAD engineers, ready for skilled craftsmen to hand-craft the garden office from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory. The garden office was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team, which was included in the overall price of the building as part of our end-to-end service.

The Holt is a modern garden office with a stylish pent roof and a small decked veranda, which are connected by two exterior walls that we have named “Cheeks”. It features two walls of glazing, which will offer you unhindered views of your garden while working from home. This outdoor office is available in a wide variety of standard sizes, and we can also make more tailored garden office sizes on request too. Our customer has a non-standard size, with their garden office measuring 13 x 19ft. This home office garden building has heavy duty felt on the roof and guttering has been fitted too. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap and painted using our Exterior Paint System in the colour Taupe.

This Holt home garden office is fully insulated, lined, and double glazed, ensuring it can be comfortable used for home working all throughout the year. For further practicality, our customer has chosen to add an electric pack onto their garden office, supplying it with power and lighting. This garden office has a warm and cosy feel inside with natural matchboard lining the walls and ceiling and engineered flooring laid in the colour Heritage Oak.
