10 x 14ft Outdoor Garden Office

This 10 x 14ft Garden Office is one of our Holt Studios, installed for a customer wanting a year-round use building that would be comfortable for working inside in every season. This outside garden office was designed and hand-made to order inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by members of our installations team. To give you peace of mind that your building is being installed by an expert, we include delivery and installation in the overall price of all our garden offices.

The Holt is an ultra-modern outdoor garden office with a sleek pent roof and stylish decked veranda to the front and side of the building that are connected by two exterior walls that we have named “Cheeks”. As part of its design, the Holt also has two walls of glazing offering you an unhindered view of your garden while working inside. Our customer chose the 10 x 14ft Holt size, which includes a 0.8m veranda to the front and side of the building, but this outdoor garden office is available in 12 standard sizes, with the option of extending the veranda out to the side giving you a large, sheltered social space outside. Our customer’s Holt has heavy duty felt covering the roof and the exterior painted entirely in Slate from our Exterior Paint System.

This outdoor garden office benefits from having full internal lining, insulation, and double glazing. The interior of this Holt has a warm and cosy feel with the walls and ceiling lined with natural, solid pine matchboarding and a natural lacquer applied to the floor, offering the timber protection while also giving it a nice sheen. Electrics have also been installed, providing the outdoor garden office with power and lighting. As all our buildings are made to order, you can customise the interior to your tastes, with Ivory or Farrow & Ball painted walls and ceiling, our engineered floorboards, and a heater too for additional warmth.
