12 x 16ft Garden Studios

This 12 x 16ft modern garden studio was recently installed by our expert team of fitters for our customers who wanted a garden building to sit in and enjoy the view of the river opposite their garden. Situated on a farm with a listed property as the main home, our Burnham studio was the perfect solution with a fully glazed front elevation and blend of modern and traditional design. Like all of our premium quality garden studios, this Burnham was constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood by our skilled workers in our Norfolk factory. We also include delivery and installation within our prices so you can be assured you are receiving an end-to-end service without any hidden fees waiting around the corner.

The exterior of this 12 x 16ft modern studio features smooth shiplap cladding, a spacious double door, and eight floor-to-ceiling windows. Allowing plenty of natural light to pour into the building, the multitude of windows will also offer our customers unparalleled views of their scenic surroundings. The apex roof has been covered in our grey slate composite tiles, which effortlessly complements the exterior paint colour, Lizard. As well as offering a contemporary splash of colour, our exterior paint system also protects our premium quality timber from the risk of woodworm and fungi.

Like all of our garden studios, this 12 x 16ft Burnham is fully lined and insulated internally, meaning that our customers will be able to escape to this garden retreat all year round. The internal matchboard lining has also been painted in the colour ivory to create a light and inviting interior whilst the floor has been left as our natural timber. An electric pack has not been fitted in this instance, as our customer is an electrician and wishes to do this himself, however, we do offer the option to have an electric pack fitted so you can enjoy all of the comforts you may desire.
