10 x 12ft Garden Studios

This 10 x 12ft (3.0 x 3.6m) Burnham Studio was recently installed for our customers who were looking for a relaxing garden building to be added to their holiday home in Cromer, Norfolk. Constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, this luxury garden studio was built by our team of expert craftsmen in our Norfolk factory, using only the most premium materials. We also include delivery, installation and VAT within our prices so there are no hidden fees waiting around the corner.

The exterior of this modern garden studio features smooth exterior shiplap cladding, a spacious double door and six floor to ceiling double glazed windows. There are also two additional fanlight windows on the sides of the building to aid in ventilation during the warm summer months. With a multitude of windows, our Burnham offers panoramic views to create the ultimate luxury garden studio. The apex roof is covered in our Grey Slate composite tiles which effortlessly complements our exterior paint system in the colour, Lizard. Our exterior paint system is a four-coat process that alongside being opaque, weather resistant and protective, also adds a contemporary splash of colour.

The interior of this outdoor garden studio comes fully lined and insulated to allow for year round use, with the option of an electric pack as an additional feature. Our customers opted to have an electric pack installed in this outdoor garden studio to create a truly luxurious finish that caters to a range of uses and electrical appliances. To create a light and inviting feel, our customers also chose to have the internal matchboard lining of this modern garden studio painted in the colour Ivory. The flooring, which has been left as our Natural high quality timber, has been lacquered to achieve a mid-sheen finish alongside giving protection from general wear and tear.
