12 x 12ft Modern Garden Office

This 12 x 12ft modern garden office was recently installed by our expert team of fitters for our customers in London, who required a dedicated space to support their working-from-home needs. With full lining and insulation, this contemporary office is the ideal year-round retreat, allowing our customers to leave the stress of working life outside their home. Like all of our high-quality garden offices, this Holt Studio was constructed using FSC® Scandinavian Redwood by our skilled craftsmen in our Norfolk factory. We also include installation and delivery within our prices so you can be assured you are receiving an end-to-end service.

The exterior of this 12 x 12ft garden office features smooth shiplap cladding, a spacious double door, and five floor-to-ceiling windows. With two fully glazed elevations, this Holt will offer our customers panoramic views from the comfort of their office desk. The pent roof features a 60cm sheltered veranda and is covered in our heavy-duty felt which is applied with a propane torch for extended longevity. Our customers also opted to have black guttering installed to aid in water distribution, protecting our premium quality timber from the risk of premature rot. Painted in the colour, Slate with ‘cheeks’ in the colour, Pebble, this two-toned paint finish effortlessly complements our customer’s stylish London home.

Fully lined and insulated as standard, this garden office will be warm and inviting at all times of the year. The internal matchboard lining has been painted in the colour, Ivory, which paired with the multitude of windows will create a light and bright workspace. There has also been an electric pack fitted to support all of our customer's equipment such as computer, coffee machine, and radio.

Since this garden office is located in London, our customers did require garden building planning permission. However, as garden-building specialists for over 45 years, our friendly sales team are experts at guiding our customers through this process.
