10 x 18ft Garden Studio With Veranda

This 10 x 18ft garden studio is our Holt Studio, designed and hand-made to order inside our factory at our Norfolk HQ. It was designed to our customer’s specifications by our CAD engineers before being hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by members of our installations team, which we include in the price of all our installations. This is to give you peace of mind that your luxury garden studio is being installed by experts while also ensuring it is assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

The Holt Studio is an ultra-modern garden pod with two walls of glazing that offer you unhindered views of your garden while you work, rest or play inside. It has a stylish pent roof design and a veranda to the front, as well as the side that can be extended up to 3.0m, that are connected together by two exterior walls that we have named “Cheeks”. This luxury garden studio is available in a wide range of sizes, with our customer opting for a studio measuring 3.0 x 5.4m. The 3.0 x 5.4m measurement includes 2.4 x 3.0m of internal space, a 0.6m veranda to the front, and a 2.4m veranda to the left-hand side, which will offer our customer space to turn into an alfresco lounge and dining area. The pent roof of this insulated garden studio is covered in heavy duty felt and the exterior is shiplap clad, offering a smooth finish. The exterior is painted in a two-tone finish using our Exterior Paint System, with the main colour being Taupe and underneath the roof overhang and the “Cheeks” subtly highlighted in Twine.

Internally, the Holt is fully insulated, lined, and double glazed to make it comfortable for year-round use. The walls and ceiling are lined with natural matchboard as standard, or for an alternative look, you could opt for painted matchboard, which will give you a homely feel. Our customer has opted to have Ivory painted matchboard lining the walls of their insulated garden studio and they have also chosen to have an electric pack installed to supply their studio with power and lighting.
