10 x 12ft Salthouse Studio with Full Internal Lining and Insulation

Chosen from our range of FSC® Certified timber garden buildings, this sleek and stylish 10 x 12ft garden studio is one of our Salthouse Studios and it was selected by our customer to be a space where they could entertain family and friends. Designed and hand-built to order at our factory in Norfolk, the building was then delivered and assembled at our customers address by our trusted team of installers.

Boasting a fully glazed front elevation with a fully glazed panel on each side, our Salthouse allows plenty of natural light inside. In addition to the double glazing, it also comes fully lined with Ivory painted matchboard, and insulation, to ensure that it is comfortable for use whatever the weather may be outside. A single fanlight window has also been installed into the sides of this Salthouse to help with ventilation. To add power, lighting and extra warmth to their building, our customer has chosen an electric pack with a heater to be added on as extra.

As well as the window panels, our Salthouse has been designed with a pent roof that has a charming overhang and is covered with heavy duty roofing felt. It also comes with shiplap cladding as standard, which this customer has chosen to be coated in the shade Slate from our exterior paint system.
