6 x 12ft Garden Shed in Sikkens Grey

This 6 x 12ft Garden Shed was recently installed for a customer who needed a space to both works inside and for storage. Once the customer had selected what design features they wanted, our in-house CAD engineers set to work designing this Superior Shed to order before it hand-crafted by the skilled craftsmen and women inside our factory at Narford, Norfolk. It was then delivered and assembled at our customer’s address by our expert fitters from our installations team.

Our range of Superior Sheds is highly customisable so they are available in a wide range of standard sizes, meaning we can tailor-make them to fit your requirements. This Superior Shed measures 6ft x 12ft (1.8 x 3.6m) and it has been designed with a single-window in the front gable, a set of double doors in the side, and an apex roof. The roof is covered in torched-on heavy duty roofing felt and is lined by black guttering, which will help collect rainwater and deposit it away from the building.

To decorate the exterior, our customer has chosen to treat their FSC® certified timber garden shed with a Grey-colour Sikkens wood stain, which will allow the grain of the wood to be seen through while also protecting the timber.

As our customer wanted the room to work inside, they have opted to have one of our 900mm tall and 600mm deep oak faced ply workbenches installed. They’ve also chosen to add on a security pack as extra which consists of stainless-steel bars mortised into the window frames, impossible to unscrew screws on the door hinges, and a seven lever that is anti-sawing, anti-picking, anti-cropping, and anti-prising.
