This 8 x 10ft apex roof shed is one of our Superior Sheds, installed for a customer wanting a garden shed that they could use as both a storage solution and a workshop. Like all of our garden buildings, this 8 x 10ft apex roof shed was tailor-made to our customer, with it being designed to their requirements by our CAD engineers and hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our factory at our Norfolk HQ. This high quality garden shed was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by experts from our installations team, which is included in the price of all our garden buildings.
Our Superior Sheds can be made in a wide variety of sizes with either an apex or pent roof. After choosing your size and roof type, you can also choose the placement of your doors and windows. Our customer opted for an 8 x 10ft apex roof shed, with a set of double doors in the gable end, and an opening Georgian window in the side. The apex roof features a charming overhang, it is covered in heavy-duty felt and guttering has also been installed. The exterior is clad in smooth shiplap and has been painted in a two-tone fashion using Farrow & Ball’s rich and fully opaque paint system. The main colour chosen by our customer is French Gray, with the window and door frames beautifully highlighted in Wimborne White.
Internally, you will find a partition with an internal door separating the building in two to create a storage area and workshop section. Our customer has also opted to have a heavy-duty floor installed throughout, which will support the weight of any particularly heavy items, such as machinery.
