14 x 14ft Pavilion Garden Room

This 14 x 14ft Garden Room with Veranda is one of our Pavilion Garden Rooms. It has been installed for a customer who had recently moved to a new house and wanted a building from which they could relax and enjoy their garden. They opted for our Pavilion Garden Room as they liked how it allowed them to have both inside and outside space to use, thanks to the decked veranda to the front of the building. Once the style of building had been chosen, our customer worked with our sales advisors to decide what design features they wanted for their building, including paint colour and window type. All of our garden buildings are designed to order by our CAD engineers and hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber in our Norfolk factory, before being delivered and installed by our expert installations team.

Our Pavilion Garden Rooms are available in more than 15 different standard sizes, from a small 10 x 10ft to the very large 10 x 20ft. Our customer has opted for the 14 x 14ft size, which includes a 1.8m veranda. Our Pavilion Garden Room has a dual-pitched apex roof, which our customer has chosen to have covered in grey slate effect tiles and lined by guttering. Our customer has also opted to have leaded glass fitted in the windows and for the exterior of the building to be shiplap clad. To decorate the exterior of this Garden Room, our customer has chosen two colours from our Exterior Paint System. Ivory has been used on the door and window frames, and the picket fence, with everywhere else being painted in the light grey shade of Pebble.

To enable it to be used all-year-round, our Pavilion Garden Room comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. An electric pack with heater is also included in the price of the building in order for it to be supplied with power, lighting and warmth. The walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and the floor has been laid with our engineered floorboards in the shade Heritage Oak.
