20 x 20ft Garden Room With Veranda

This 20 x 20ft Garden Room with veranda was installed for a customer who works in retail that wanted a building to use as an office to enable her to work from home. They opted for our Pavilion Garden Room as they liked the more traditional look of it. Like all of our garden buildings, this Pavilion Garden Room was designed and hand-made to order on-site in our Norfolk factory at our HQ before being delivered and assembled at their address by members of our trustworthy installations team, who are the experts in making sure our garden building are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

This Pavilion Garden Room measures 20 x 20ft, which is the largest standard size we make this building, but there are also available in more than 15 different standard sizes with 10 x 16ft being the smallest. Our Pavilion Garden Room is designed with a dual-pitched roof to give a lofty feel inside and it also has the addition of a veranda providing somewhere sheltered to enjoy warmer weather during the summer months. This building has a total of six opening windows which are all double glazed and fitted with Georgian-style bars.

The outside of this building is clad with our weatherboard style cladding, which is made from FSC® certified timber boards that are left sawn to provide a more rustic finish. The building and the picket fence are painted in the colour French Gray from the Farrow & Ball paint system with the window and door frames painted in the shade Pointing. Both of these paint colours are contrasted nicely by the cedar shingles laid on the roof, which will naturally weather to a silver/grey colour over time.

Internally, our Pavilion Garden Room benefits from being fully lined and insulated which will enable our customer to use their building as a home office all throughout the year. The walls have Farrow & Ball Lime White painted matchboard on them, and the floor has our engineered flooring laid in the shade Heritage Oak.
