12 x 16ft Garden Room

One of our signature garden rooms has been installed for a customer looking for a building to transform into a cosy outdoor lounge. Our skilled craftsmen hand-crafted this 12 x 16ft Garden Room from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory, before our expert installations team delivered and installed it in our customer’s garden. All our garden buildings are made to order and have delivery and installation included in the price.

Our signature garden rooms are available in a range of sizes, starting at 10 x 10ft (3.0 x 3.0m) and finishing at 18 x 20ft (5.4 x 6.0m). We may also be able to create more tailored sizes on request too. Our customer’s hipped roof garden room measures 12 x 16ft (3.6 x 4.8m) and has the addition of inset doors and corner boards. To afford a light and airy feel inside, our Garden Rooms come with 4 sets of windows, with a double opening window set placed on either side of the double doors in the front of the building, and an additional double opening window set installed in both sides. This luxury garden room has a rustic look with cedar shingles on the roof, Georgian windows, and weatherboard cladding. Guttering has also been installed along the roof, which will help to protect the timber by collecting rainwater runoff from the roof and depositing it away from the building. To finish, the exterior of this Garden Room is painted in Farrow & Ball Old White, giving it a bright and clean look.

This luxury garden room is fully lined, insulated, and double glazed, ensuring maximum comfort inside in every season. This year-round use garden room also has electrics and a heater installed, which are features that are included as standard on this building. The electrics will allow this Garden Room to be supplied with power and lighting while the heater will provide additional warmth. Just like the outside of our buildings, the interior can also be tailored to your taste with a range of different lining and flooring options. This customer has opted to have both the walls and ceiling lined with Farrow & Ball painted lining in the shade Shadow White, paired with Heritage Oak engineered flooring.
