12 x 18ft Garden Pool Room

This 12 x 18ft pool room is one of our hipped roof Garden Rooms, which is our flagship design. Our customer wanted a building that could be used as an area to relax and unwind in between swims, while also having space to use as a changing room. As all our buildings are hand-made to order, we were able to design our customer a building that met all their requirements. It was handcrafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory, before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our expert installations team.

The Garden Room is available in many different sizes, and we can include partitions in the design to create separate rooms and storage space. Our customer opted for a 12 x 18ft garden swimming pool room with two internal partitions to create a toilet room/changing area, which would be installed after installation by our customer’s plumber. As well as internal partitions, we can also include external partitions as part of your pool house design, creating a pump room for you to store pumps and chemicals for your pool. There are two single windows to the front of this building and two double window sets on both sides and an additional fanlight window in the partitioned area. All the windows are opening, and they are also Georgian in style. The hipped roof is covered in grey slate effect tiles and lined by guttering to collect any excess rainwater runoff from the roof. The exterior is clad with rustic-cut weatherboard and painted in a two-tone fashion. The main exterior colour is Light Gray with Old White chosen to beautifully complement the inset door and window frames.

Internally, this garden pool house is fully lined, insulated and double glazed ensuring year-round comfort. This Garden Room also has electrics and a heater included in the price, supplying the garden swimming pool room with power, lighting, and additional warmth. The walls are lined with Farrow & Ball painted matchboard in the colour Shadow White, which has been paired with Heritage Oak engineered flooring to provide a pleasing contrast.
