We were offered a very exciting opportunity recently: the chance to feature in July’s issue of the Grand Designs Magazine. The team at the magazine were writing a feature called ‘6 simple steps to create a garden office’ and very kindly got in touch to ask about our garden offices.
One of our lovely Holt Studios has been transformed into a garden office, so we sent it off to the Grand Designs Magazine team to feature in their article.
Measuring 3.0 x 3.6m, this Holt Studio turned garden office is painted in Slate from our Exterior Paint System. It is a great option for a work from home space as it comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard, ensuring year-round comfort. The walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard for a more homely feel and for further practicality, an electric pack with heater has been installed, supplying it with power and lighting.
One of the biggest questions we get asked when customers are considering having a garden building installed for use as a garden office is ‘how can I extend my Wi-Fi to my garden office.’ Luckily, our National Sales Manager, Peter Mortin, knows the best ways to get properly connected and was more than happy to share his tips on how to get Wi-Fi in the garden office with the readers of Grand Designs Magazine.
If you would like some more details on how to get connected, you can read all our tips in our ‘How to Extend Wi-Fi to Your Garden Office or Shed’ article.
