This 2.4 x 2.4m Summerhouse is a recent addition in the garden of one of our customers based in Worthing, West Sussex. They chose our Blakeney Summerhouse from our vast range of garden buildings as they liked its chalet-style characteristics. After speaking to one of our sale advisors about their requirements, our CAD engineers at our Narford HQ then designed and drew the plans of the building, making sure it ticked all the right boxes for our customer. Once the design process was over, this garden building was then hand-crafted to order at our Norfolk factory before being delivered and assembled by two expert installers from our in-house installations team.

Available from 2.4 x 1.8m to 6.0 x 4.8m, our Blakeney Summerhouses come in a wide range of sizes, with this one measuring 2.4 x 2.4m. They have an apex roof with an overhang and chalet style windows and doors that allow the building to a have natural and light feel inside. This building, like all of our garden buildings in our vast range, is made from FSC® certified timber that is machined from Scandinavian Redwood trees.

To cater their Blakeney Summerhouse to their own style and taste, our customer has opted to cover the roof in torched-on heavy duty felt and the windows and doors have polished brass furniture. They wanted the exterior of their building to have a smooth finish, so they have chosen to have our standard shiplap cladding which has been painted in the neutral-toned colour Taupe from our range of external paints. Our customer has also added heavy duty flooring to the inside as they are planning on furnishing it with heavy furniture.
