3.0 x 4.2m Holkham Summerhouse in Pebble with Georgian Windows and Grey Slate Effect Tiles on the Apex roof

This attractive summerhouse was installed recently in the garden of a customer based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. They opted for our Holkham Summerhouse as they wanted a building that had both traditional and modern style features. Once our customer chose what style of building and additional extras they wanted, our in-house CAD engineers and factory teams were able to design and hand-build this Holkham Summerhouse to order at our Norfolk HQ before it was delivered and assembled at our customer’s home by our expert team of installers.

This 3.0 x 4.2m Holkham Summerhouse has double glazed Georgian-style windows in three of the four sides, as well as in the double doors that will allow the building to feel airy and light inside. It has an apex pitched roof that this customer has chosen to cover in grey slate effect tiles to help protect it against UV rays, wind and hail. It has shiplap cladding, which comes as standard on our Holkham Summerhouse, that has been machined from FSC® certified timber from very high-quality Scandinavian Redwood trees. The exterior of our Holkham Summerhouses come treated with a light oak wood preservative as standard but if you would rather have your summerhouse painted, we have two paint ranges to choose from; our exterior paint system and the Farrow & Ball colour range. This customer has chosen the colour Pebble from our paint system for us to finish their summerhouse in.

The Holkham Summerhouse comes unlined as standard but in order to turn their building from a summertime hideaway to an all-seasons retreat, this customer has chosen to add insulation to the walls, floor and ceiling. They have our Ivory-painted matchboard lining on the walls and our standard 19mm thick robust floorboards on the floor. This customer has also chosen to add an electric pack so that they can have power and lighting inside their building.
