2.4 x 3.0m Salthouse Studio Painted in Lizard with a Roof Overhang

Perched in a picturesque corner of our customer's garden in Horsham, West Sussex, this 2.4 x 3.0m Salthouse Studio was recently installed for use as a jewellery workshop. Designed by our in-house expert team and handmade to order, the building was then packaged and delivered by our experienced fitting team. As with all of our luxury garden buildings, sheds and greenhouses, the studio was made from FSC© certified Scandinavian Redwood timber, grown slowly and sustainably by our partner timber mill in Sweden. With a signature contemporary design that allows for plenty of natural light, the Salthouse is the perfect craft studio.

Externally, the Salthouse has a pent roof covered with our heavy-duty, torched-on roofing felt, which is a durable option that will last for years to come. The building itself features our smooth shiplap cladding finished in the opaque paint system in the attractive shade of Lizard. There is a single, fully-glazed access door into the interior, along with five full-length windows which will give the building optimal natural light and expansive views of our customer's glorious garden. Both the door and rear opening window are equipped with contemporary polished chrome door furniture.

On the inside of this contemporary studio, the customer will benefit from an opening fanlight window which allows for ventilation without letting the elements in or requiring the door to be ajar. All windows are double-glazed, and the building is insulated, meaning it will maintain an ambient temperature throughout the year. Also adding to its year-round capabilities is the electrical pack, which is one of our many additional features. Comprising four double sockets, one eight-way consumer unit, LED spotlights and an external wall-mounted socket, the electrical pack is a convenient option for those wanting to really make the most of their garden building.
