In order to fit the space they had available in their garden, our customer required the size of their Wiveton Summerhouse to be 3.0 x 3.0m, but they are also available in four other sizes from 1.8m x 1.8m (6 x 6ft) to 3.6 x 3.6m (12 x 12ft). Our Wiveton Summerhouses come with windows in four out of the eight sides, as well as in the double doors, to ensure the inside has a light and airy feel. They usually come with double summerhouse window sets but our customer has opted for our single chalet-style windows instead, which they have chosen to double glaze as well. The roof has been covered in our grey slate effect tiles and the shiplap cladding on the exterior has been painted in the shade Saltwater, which is a colour from our exterior paint system.
To ensure the building is comfortable for use throughout the year, our Wiveton Summerhouses come lined and insulated in the walls and ceiling, with this particular Wiveton also benefiting from insulation in the floor. Our customer has added on an electrical pack with heater as an additional extra which will add lighting, power and warmth to the inside of the garden building. To decorate, the building has been internally lined with Ivory painted matchboard and our engineered floorboards in the colour Copenhagen have been laid on the floor.
