1.8 x 3.0m Weatherboard Clad Superior Shed painted in Exterior Lizard

This Superior Shed has been installed in Hope Valley, Derbyshire, for a customer wanting an attractive yet practical shed to store their gardening tools and lawn mower inside. Like all of our garden buildings, it was designed to order by our CAD engineers and then hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftspeople inside our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and installed at our customers address by our expert installations team, who ensure our buildings are assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on. Delivery and installation are included in the price of all our buildings as part of our end-to-end service.

Our Superior Sheds are available in many different sizes, and we also make them in more tailored sizes too, meaning we can create one that best suits your requirements and the space you have available in your garden. Our customer has opted for a shed measuring 1.8 x 3.0m that has an apex roof design, with a single door and a double window set in the side. The roof is covered in cedar shingles, the door is framed, ledged and braced, and the window are double glazed and Georgian in style. Guttering has also been fitted, which will collect excess water run-off from the roof and deposit it away from the building to help protect the bottom boards. The shed has a traditional look with rustic-style weatherboard cladding that has been painted in the exterior paint system shade of Lizard.

Internally, the shed has a height of 2.0m which will help bring the overall height of the building down to meet permitted development regulations. One of our solid and sturdy oak faced plywood workbenches has been installed to give our customer space to work inside and our ex 38mm thick heavy-duty floorboards are also fitted, which will help to support the weight of the lawnmower our customer wanted to store inside. Lastly, our customer opted to have our security pack installed to offer extra protection to the items stored inside the shed. Our security pack consists of non-returnable screws on the hinges that are impossible to unscrew, a fully steel encased 7 lever lock that is anti-sawing, anti-picking, anti-cropping and anti-prising, and stainless steel bars that are mortised in the window frames.
