We have delivered and installed one of our Burnham garden studios in Barnet, London for a customer wanting a spot to relax and enjoy their garden from. As all of our buildings are made to order, our customer was able to choose which of our interior and exterior design options they wanted for their luxury garden studio before it was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory. The delivery and installation of this Burnham Studio were included in the price of the building as part of the end-to-end service we offer to our customers.

The Burnham beautifully blends elements of modern and traditional design, with a fully glazed front elevation that will flood the interior with plenty of natural light and a classic pitched roof. The Burnham can be made in a wide range of sizes so you can choose the one that is the best fit for your garden. After measuring the space they had available, our customer opted for a Burnham measuring 3.6 x 4.8m. Having a modern garden studio that let in an abundance of light was of the utmost importance to our customer, so as well as having the floor-to-ceiling glass panels on the front elevation and fanlight windows in the back wall, our customer has opted to have an additional set of double doors installed and they have also chosen to have 3 Velux® windows installed in the roof. The apex roof of this outdoor garden studio is covered in grey slate effect roof tiles and lined by guttering while the shiplap-clad exterior is painted in Ivory from our Exterior Paint System.

This luxury garden studio benefits from having full insulation, lining, and double glazing, ensuring year-round comfort. Our customer has also chosen to have electrics and a heater installed inside, so the Burnham was supplied with power, lighting, and additional warmth. Our customer has chosen to have the walls of their insulated garden studio lined with Ivory painted matchboard, which they have paired with engineered flooring in the colour Copenhagen for a clean, modern look.
