This contemporary Burnham Studio was recently installed for a customer based in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. The customer needed a serene sanctuary from which they could work from home and pursue recreational interests.

The Burnham Studio was an excellent choice for their requirements as it comes as standard with insulation, natural lining and 8 full-length windows for guaranteed natural light. The customer also opted to add an electrical pack with heater, to ensure that pleasant year-round temperatures and functionality are maintained. The customer also requested a tailor-made size of 5.2 x 5.4m. They chose to also upgrade their interior lining to the painted option and add a natural lacquer to the floor in order to minimise the risk of scuff-marks and damage from moving furniture.

For their colour scheme, the customer chose to have the shiplap exterior coated with our Sage shade, along with grey-slate composite tiling on the roof and polished chrome door furniture, giving an overall contemporary look. The building has also had guttering added to the exterior in order to keep off the elements.
