1.8 x 2.5m Wiveton Summerhouse painted in Exterior Sage with leaded windows

This octagonal den is our Wiveton Summerhouse, it has been delivered and installed for a customer located in the Colney Heath area of St Albans, Hertfordshire. It was hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory before being built at our customer’s address by members of our installations team. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings to give you peace of mind that your new building is being installed by experts, while also ensuring it is installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

The Wiveton is available in four different sizes, with our customer opting for a small summerhouse measuring 1.8 x 2.5m. This luxury summerhouse has an octagonal design with windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as in the double doors, flooding the interior with natural light while also offering you the opportunity to enjoy your garden from many angles. Our customer opted to have cedar shingles on the roof and leaded windows. They also chose to have the shiplap clad exterior painted in Sage from our Exterior Paint System.

Internally, the Wiveton benefits from having the walls and ceiling lined and insulated to ensure comfort throughout the year. Our customer chose to have the walls of their luxury summerhouse lined with solid pine natural matchboard and they also opted to have a light oak lacquer applied to the floor to protect the timber while also giving it a nice sheen.
