We have installed this Summerhouse in Wendover, Buckinghamshire for a customer wanting a building in which they could relax and enjoy their garden from. Our customer chose our Wiveton Summerhouse as they liked its octagonal shape; with windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as the double doors, meaning they could enjoy their garden from multiple angles. It was delivered and installed by our installations team, which we include in the price of our buildings to give you peace of mind and to ensure they are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

You can choose to have a Wiveton Summerhouse installed in 1 of 5 sizes, with the smallest being 1.8 x 1.8m and the largest measuring 3.6 x 3.6m. Our customer has opted for a 3.0 x 3.0m size, with its smooth shiplap clad exterior painted in Farrow & Ball French Gray. We offer a range of colours from Farrow & Ball’s rich paint system as an upgraded option, but as standard you have a choice of colours from our Exterior Paint System to decorate the exterior of your Wiveton. To complete the cosmetic look of their Wiveton Summerhouse, our customer has also opted for leaded windows and cedar shingles roof tiles.

The walls and ceiling of our Wiveton come lined and insulated making it suitable for use throughout the year, but you can upgrade and add floor insulation and double glazing too if you wish, just like this customer has. Our customer has also chosen to have an electric pack with heater installed, supplying the Summerhouse with power, lighting, and additional warmth. The walls of this 3.0 x 3.0m Summerhouse are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and our engineered floorboards have been laid in the colour ‘Shade Oak’. Our engineered floorboards sit on top of the existing floorboards, with a layer of underlay in between the two, providing further insulating and sound absorbing benefits.
