3.0 x 3.0m Wiveton Summerhouse painted in Exterior Lizard with Leaded Windows

A customer based in Stowmarket, Suffolk, has had one of our octagonal Wiveton Summerhouse installed to use throughout the year as a relaxing retreat. As all our buildings are tailor-made, our customer was able to select all the interior and exterior design options they wanted to create their dream building before the manufacturing plans were drawn by our CAD engineers. Once the manufacturing plans were created, the skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory were then able to use them to hand-craft our customer’s building from FSC® certified timber.

Our Wiveton Summerhouse is available in 5 different sizes, with the smallest being 1.8 x 1.8m and the largest 3.6 x 3.6m. It has windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as its double doors, meaning you can appreciate your garden from multiple angles. Our customer has opted to have their Wiveton made in our second largest size, measuring 3.0 x 3.0m, and they have also chosen to have the windows leaded in style. Other design features chosen by our customer include cedar shingles on the roof and shiplap cladding painted in the Lizard, a green-toned shade from our Exterior Paint System.

Internally, the Wiveton is equipped for year-round use as the walls and ceiling come lined and insulated as standard. Our customer has opted for the upgraded option of having painted lining in our internal Ivory and they’ve also chosen to have the floor treated with a natural lacquer, which will help to protect the timber while also giving it a nice sheen. For extra comfort, we also offer the option to add floor insulation, double glazing and even electrics to this building.
