Garden Office in Sonning Common, Berkshire

Our Holt Studio is available in a range of sizes, with our smallest measuring 3.0 x 3.0m and our largest size being 4.6 x 7.0m. Our customer has opted for our 4.6 x 6.4m size, which includes a small 1.0m wide veranda to both the front and side of the building. Our Holt Studio has a pent roof design with two walls of glazing, which will flood the interior with plenty of light. The roof is covered in heavy-duty felt and the exterior of the building is clad in shiplap, giving a smooth finish. When it comes to decorating the exterior of our Holt Studio, you can have it painted all over in one colour from our Exterior Paint System as standard. We do also offer an upgraded option to have the “Cheeks” of the studio painted in a different colour too, which is what we have called the exterior walls that connect the roof overhang to the veranda. Our customer chose to have the entirety of their new Garden Office building painted in Slate, which is a dark grey colour, and the “Cheeks” highlight in the light grey colour of Pebble.

To fully equip this modern garden studio for working from home, it comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. Our customer has also chosen to add electrics to their Holt Studio as an optional extra, which will supply it with power and lighting. To make the interior feel more homely, our customer has chosen to have the walls lined in Ivory painted matchboard with Copenhagen engineered flooring laid on the floor.
