3.8 x 5.0m Holt Studio in Exterior Slate & Pebble Paint with stylish pent roof design

Installed in Folkestone, Kent, to enable our customer to work from home, this Holt Studio is perfect for use as a garden office. It comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard, making it comfortable inside for use all year round. Like all our garden buildings, this Holt Studio was designed to the specification desired by our customer before being hand-built to order inside our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and installed in our customer’s garden by our installations team, which we include as part of the overall price as part of our end-to-end service.

Measuring 3.8 x 5.0m, this Holt Studio has a modern and contemporary design with a sleek pent roof covered in heavy-duty felt, and smooth shiplap cladding painted in Exterior Slate. It has a 0.8m, decked veranda and a roof overhang, which are nicely framed by two exterior walls that we have called “Cheeks”. The “Cheeks” of this modern garden office are painted in Pebble from our exterior paint system to give a subtle highlight. Our Holt also features two walls of glazing, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the interior.

The internal walls of this Holt Studio are lined in Ivory painted matchboard while the floor has our engineered floorboards installed in the colour Heritage Oak. To further equip this outdoor garden office for year-round working, our customer chose to add electrics to their Holt outdoor office studio, providing it with light and power. We also offer the option to upgrade our electric pack further and add a heater to your building for additional warmth.
