6 x 10ft Summerhouse Shed

This 6 x 10ft summerhouse shed is our Thornham Summerhouse, designed and hand-made to order at our factory in Narford, Norfolk. It was chosen by a customer who wanted an attractive building to use for storage purposes. This summerhouse shed was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber and delivered and installed by our installations team. Our installations team are the experts when it comes to installing our buildings, which is why we include delivery and installation by them in the price of all our garden buildings. This is to give you peace of mind while also ensuring that each garden building is installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

The Thornham is a traditional summerhouse with a contemporary-style pent roof that features an attractive overhang. It can be made in a variety of sizes, with our customer opting for a 6 x 10ft summerhouse shed. It has a set of double doors and two fixed windows to the front of the building, and our customer has opted to have a double set of opening windows fitted on the side. Our customer has also chosen to have the windows of their shed summerhouse leaded in style. The roof of this pent roof summerhouse shed is covered in heavy duty felt. The felt is an extreme wear, non-rip material that is applied with a propane torch to increase its longevity. The exterior is shiplap cladding, offering a smooth finish, and painted in Lizard from our Exterior Paint System. The Thornham Summerhouse comes treated with a light oak preservative as standard, but as our customer wanted their summerhouse shed painted, they upgraded to have the building covered in our Exterior Paint System. We also offer the option of having your building painted in Farrow & Ball, as we have a range of specially selected colours for you to choose from.

The Thornham comes unlined as standard, making it the ideal summerhouse storage shed or somewhere to relax with a good book and a glass of wine during the warmer months of the year. We have a wide range of interior design options for you to choose from to customise your building so if you like the design of our Thornham Summerhouse but require a year-round use summerhouse, we are able to make it ready for use throughout the year. We can add full insulation, lining, and double glazing, plus electrics and a heater if required. The walls of our garden summer houses can be lined with either natural or painted matchboard and we have a wide range of flooring options for you to choose from if you wish to upgrade our standard flooring.
