This 2.4 x 3.0m Salthouse Studio was recently installed by our friendly team of in-house fitters for use as a garden office studio in our customers brand new property. Constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, this insulated garden studio is the epitome of luxurious outdoor living. All of our buildings are expertly handcrafted in our Norfolk factory, with delivery and installation included within our prices.

The exterior of this premium garden building features smooth shiplap cladding, a double door and four floor to ceiling windows. Our Salthouse is designed to offer unhindered views of your garden from any angle with its modern front elevation and a fanlight located to the rear of the building to aid in ventilation. Our customers opted to have their double door offset to the left to accommodate their existing green space, one of many adjustable features that can be tailored to your needs. The pent roof has been covered in our heavy duty, extreme wear felt which is applied with a propane torch to increase its longevity. To further protect our high-quality timber, our customers chose to have black guttering installed in order to aid in water distribution and to protect their new garden building from the potential risk of premature rot. Finished in the colour Slate from our exterior paint system, this blue-toned grey adds a contemporary splash of colour that perfectly complements our customers modern home.

The interior of this garden studio is equally luxurious with a multitude of features that make this garden retreat a delightful place to spend time in. Our entire range of garden studios come fully lined and insulated as standard, meaning that they can be enjoyed all year round, whatever the weather. This Salthouse is also installed with an electric pack, which includes four double sockets, an external double socket, LED spotlight sets and an 8-way consumer unit. Our electric pack gives our customers the freedom to use this modern garden studio in many ways, from office space to outdoor entertainment area, the options are endless. The walls and floor inside this studio have been left as our Natural wood to emphasise the superior quality of our timber, the floor however, has been lacquered to give it a mid-sheen finish and to protect from general wear and tear.
