Selected from our range of attractive and high-quality FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood timber Garden Studios, this Langham Studio is a compact and convenient addition to this customer's garden, and will act as the ideal, fully-equipped work-from-home office. Designed and hand-built at our Norfolk factory, the building was then both delivered and installed at the customer's specified delivery address by our in-house installation experts.
Our range of Garden Studios are available in a range of sizes, with more tailor-made dimensions available upon request and subject to structural allowances determined by our CAD team. This garden pod measures a convenient 6 x 8ft and is the ideal size for the customer's needs. The building has an apex roof covered with grey slate composite tiles and a smooth shiplap exterior painted in the Farrow & Ball shade of Mouse's Back, selected by the customer from our vast range of exterior opaque options. Other exterior options to choose from include alternative roof coverings such as cedar shingles and red slate tiles, as well as the more rustic styled weatherboard cladding. Internally, all of our garden studios come as standard with insulation and pine lining, with the option to upgrade this lining to painted in the airy shade of ivory, which the customer here has opted to do.
They have also opted to add an electrical pack to the interior, which is essential for an office and saves our customer's the hassle of installing electrics themselves or arranging to do so. Our electrical pack consists of a main consumer unit, four dual sockets, lighting with a gang lighting switch, an external waterproof double socket for outdoor appliances and an optional heater. This electric set up is installed and wired into the building, leaving our customers to simply connect it up to their mains.
