14 x 10ft Garden Office

This 14 x 10ft garden office is one of our Holt Studios, designed in an ultra-modern style. It was chosen by our customer to use as a space from which they could work from home. Designed and hand-made to order by skilled designers and craftsmen at our Norfolk HQ, it was delivered and installed at our customer’s home by members of our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our buildings are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Our Holt Studio is available in 12 different sizes and you can choose whether you would like a left-hand or right-hand corner design, so you can use the space available in your garden to its full potential. Our customer’s Holt Studio measures 4.2 x 3.0m and has been configured with a right-hand design. Our Holt has a sleek pent roof, covered in heavy-duty felt, and a small, decked veranda, connected by two exterior walls that we have named “Cheeks”. It also features two walls of glazing, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the interior. The layout of our customer’s Holt has been adapted to suit their needs, with a set of double doors included in both the front and left-hand side, two opening fanlight windows in the right-hand side of the studio, and an additional opening fanlight window in the back wall. To decorate, the shiplap clad exterior has been painted in Exterior Ash, with the “Cheeks” and roof overhang painted in Exterior Sandstone.

Internally this modern garden office comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard, making it ideal to work from home inside all throughout the year. As extra, our customer also chose to have electrics installed, supplying their Holt Studio with power and lighting. The walls are lined in Farrow & Ball painted lining, in the colour Pointing, and Shade Oak engineered flooring has been laid too.
