10 x 12ft Garden Office

This 10 x 12ft Garden Office is one of our Holt Studios and it has been installed to give our customer space to work from home inside. Our customer wanted a modern garden office, so they selected our Holt Studio as they liked its contemporary design. Like all our garden buildings, the Holt was made to order so our customer was able to select all the interior and exterior decoration options they wanted to create their tailor-made luxury garden office. It was designed and hand-crafted by our skilled CAD team and craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory before then being delivered and installed at our customer’s address.

Our Holt is a contemporary garden studio that is available in either a left-hand or right-hand corner design. It is available in 12 sizes, from 3.0 x 3.0m to 4.6 x 7.0m. Our customer has opted for a left-hand design, measuring 3.0 x 3.6m. It has a sleek overhanging pent roof covered in heavy-duty felt and a small, decked veranda, which are connected by two exterior walls that we have named “cheeks”. It also has two walls of glazing included as part of its design, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the interior. The exterior is shiplap clad, and our customer chose to have it painted in the dark-grey colour of Slate from our Exterior Paint System.

To make this garden studio suitable for use as an outdoor garden office, the Holt comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed so our customer can work inside all throughout the year. Our customer also chose to have electrics and a heater installed to supply their Holt Studio with power, lighting, and additional warmth. Internally, the walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and Shade Oak engineered flooring has been laid on the floor. Our engineered flooring is laid on top of the existing floorboards, with a layer of underlay in between, for further insulating and sound-absorbing benefits.
