11 x 28ft Garden Studio

This 11 x 28ft Garden Studio is our Burnham, installed to enable our customer to work from home as a Pilates teacher. As all of our garden buildings are made to order, our customer was able to choose a non-standard size of their Burnham Studio, as well as all of the interior and exterior design options they wanted in order to create their perfect luxury garden studio. Like all of our buildings, it was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by one of our installations teams. We include delivery and installation by our experts in the price of all our timber garden buildings for your peace of mind, while also ensuring it is assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

The Burnham combines both traditional and modern design features, with a pitched roof and a fully glazed front elevation. Our customer chose this luxury garden studio as they liked the idea of a building with plenty of glazing. As well as the floor-to-ceiling glass panels to the front of the building, there are also three fanlight windows installed in the back wall to aid with internal ventilation. The roof is covered in grey slate effect tiles, which beautifully complement the paint colour chosen to decorate the shiplap clad exterior. Our customer chose the colour Saltwater from our Exterior Paint System, which is a lovely light blue-grey colour.

As standard, the Burnham comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed ensuring this luxury garden studio can be used comfortably all throughout the year. Our customer opted for natural matchboard lining and a heavy-duty floor, which is made using ex 38mm thick floorboards. To decorate the interior of your own garden studio, you can opt for painted matchboard lining paired with either a lacquered floor or one of our engineered flooring colours.
