10 x 14ft Binham Studio in Ash

This 10 x 14ft Garden Studio was installed for as customer who wanted a home office space in their garden. As our customer wanted a building with a traditional design that they could use all year-round, they chose our Binham Studio. After our customer worked with members of our sales team to decide what features they wanted on their garden building, our in-house CAD engineers designed it before it was hand-crafted to order by skilled craftsmen inside the factory at our Norfolk HQ. Our expert installations team then delivered and assembled the building at our customer’s address.

This garden studio measures 10 x 14ft (3.0 x 4.2m) but we are able to create our Binham Studios as small as 6 x 8ft (1.8 x 2.4m) and as large 16 x 20ft (4.8 x 6.0m), with the option of also being able to create more customisable sizes. It has a joinery-made double door in the gable and windows in the side. The windows on our Binham Studios are all desk height, double glazed and made using toughened safety glass. This particular Binham has two double window sets with one opening window on each set. Another design feature of the Binham is its overhanging apex roof that this customer has chosen to cover in grey slate effect tiles, which will protect it against UV rays, wind and hail. The exterior of this building is cladded with shiplap timber cladding, machined from FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, and has been painted in the colour Ash from our exterior paint system at the request of our customer.

Inside this studio, there is Natural matchboard lining and insulation in the walls, floor and ceiling.
