10 x 10ft Modern Garden Office

This 10 x 10ft modern garden office is one of our Holt Studios, designed and hand-made to order inside our Norfolk factory. As it was hand-crafted to order, our customer was able to select which of our exterior and interior design options they wanted for their luxury garden office. It was delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our garden offices are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our garden offices as part of the end-to-end service we provide each and every customer.

The Holt garden office has a stylish pent roof design, with two walls of glazing offering unhindered views while you work from home inside. Our customer has opted for a 10 x 10ft modern garden office, but as our Holt is available in many different sizes, you can choose the size that best suits your needs. The pent roof is covered in heavy duty felt and the exterior is clad with smooth shiplap. To finish, this luxury garden office has been painted using our Exterior Paint System in the colour Slate. We also offer the option of having this garden office finished in a two-tone style, with the “Cheeks” (the two exterior walls that connect the roof overhang and the small decked veranda) painted in a different colour for a pleasing contrast.

Internally, the Holt garden office benefits from being fully insulated, lined and double glazed as standard, ensuring comfortable working from home conditions all throughout the year. The walls and ceiling are lined with solid pine natural matchboard lining as standard, but our customer has opted to have the walls lined with Ivory painted matchboard for an alternative look. Our customer has also chosen to have a natural lacquer applied to the floor, which will protect the timber while also giving it a nice sheen. Our customer has also opted to have our electric pack installed, supplying their luxury garden office with power and lighting.
