8 x 10ft Superior Storage Shed

This 8 x 10ft Shed is one of our Superior Sheds and it has been installed for a customer in need of additional storage. Measuring 8 x 10ft, this shed is the ideal size for storing our customer’s tools and garden equipment. Like all our garden buildings, this shed was designed and hand-crafted in Norfolk using only the finest FSC® certified timber before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our expert installations team as part of our complete service.

With our Superior Shed range, you can choose what type of roof you would like, as well as the placement of the doors and windows, in order to tailor the shed to your needs. Our customer has opted for an apex roof design with a single framed, ledged and braced door and a double window set in the side, and an additional double window set in the gable. All the windows on this shed, including the one in the door, are double glazed and fitted with Georgian bars, and both sets of windows include one opening and fixed window. The roof is covered in grey slate effect tiles and it is lined by guttering, which will collect any water drop-off and deposit it away from the building to protect the bottom boards.

To comply with permitted development regulations, our customer’s building has an internal height of 2.0m so that the overall height of the building doesn’t exceed 2.5m. Our customer has opted for the standard finish of Light Oak Preservative but have opted to clad the building in weatherboard as extra to give it a rustic look. Other extras our customer has chosen for their building include an insulated heavy-duty floor.
