5 x 7ft Apex Garden Shed

This 5 x 7ft apex garden shed is one of our Superior Sheds, delivered and installed for a customer wanting an attractive yet practical solution for garden storage. As all of our timber garden sheds are made to order, our customer was able to choose all of the designs options they wanted for their Superior Shed, ready for our CAD engineers to create the manufacturing plans to our customer’s specification. It was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address. As part of our end-to-end service, we include delivery and installation by our installations team in the price of all our buildings.

Our Superior Sheds can be made in a wide range of sizes and are fully customisable so you can choose the best size to fit your outdoor space, with a design that is tailored to your exact requirements. You can choose whether you would like an apex shed or a pent roof shed, and the placement of your doors and windows. Our customer opted for an apex garden shed measuring 5 x 7ft, with a single door and single fixed window in the side, and an additional single fixed window in the gable end. The single door has an additional window in it, which will allow additional light inside while also enhancing the look of our customer’s shed, and all the windows are made with toughened safety glass.

This attractive shed has cedar shingles covering the roof and Georgian style windows. The exterior is weatherboard clad, which is made using timber boards that are left sawn for a more rustic finish. The cladding has then been treated with a light oak preservative, which will protect the timber from fungi and woodworm, while also giving the timber a natural-looking sheen. If you would prefer to have your shed delivered and installed with a painted exterior, we offer the option of upgrading to our Exterior Paint System or Farrow & Ball paints, as well as coloured Sikkens wood stains. Internally, our customer has opted to have a heavy duty floor installed to help support the weight of particularly heavy items that they are planning on storing inside. Our Superior Sheds are unlined as standard, but we can add full insulation and oak faced ply lining if you would like a year-round use shed.
