10 x 18ft Superior Shed with Partition

This 10 x 18ft Shed with partition has been installed at the home of one of our customers who wanted a dual-purpose garden building for use as both a workshop and storage shed. Our customer chose one of our fully customisable Superior Sheds, so that they were able to choose everything from the size and roof design of the building to the style of windows and exterior paint colour, in order to completely tailor the building to their tastes. It was designed in-house by our CAD engineers before being hand-built to order by expert craftsmen inside our factory at our HQ in Narford, Norfolk. As with all our buildings, delivery and installation by members of our trustworthy installations team was included as part of our end-to-end service.

Our customer chose their Superior Shed to have an apex roof design with a door and four windows in the side, and an additional door and window in the gable end to allow the customer access to the storage section of their workshop. The windows are all double glazed and Georgian in style, and two of them are opening to help with internal ventilation. Internally, our customer has opted to have insulated heavy-duty flooring added as they were planning on storing heavy garden equipment inside. The internal walls have been left with our breathable paper internal lining exposed as our customer wanted to insulate and line the building themselves.

As our customer would be able to see their shed from their house, they wanted to make sure that it was visually pleasing so they opted to have the exterior shiplap cladding painted in two contrasting colours from our exterior paint system with Ivory on the doors and windows and Lizard everywhere else. Lizard is a green-toned colour that will ensure the shed will blend in beautifully with our customer’s garden. They have also chosen to have the roof lined with our grey slate effect tiles, which will help to protect the roof against UV rays, wind and hail while also adding to the overall aesthetic of the building.
