20 x 20ft Pavilion Garden Room with Weatherboard Cladding

Selected by a customer from our range of FSC® certified timber Garden Rooms, this 20 x 20ft building was recently designed and hand-crafted at our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed by our in-house team of expert fitters who ensured everything was perfect. 

The Pavilion Garden Room boasts a large outdoor veranda sheltered by the overhang on the apex roof, with a charming picket fence bordering the perimeter. The 20 x 20ft model is the largest size we offer, having an internal space of 25sqm and a large outdoor area to enjoy atop the veranda. Externally, the customer has personalised their building by choosing rustic weatherboard cladding painted in the understated shade of Sandstone from our vast choice of exterior paints, which includes a Farrow and Ball range for those with a specific shade in mind. Internally, the building is fully insulated with painted pine lining in the airy and contemporary shade of Ivory. The apex roof is covered with grey slate composite tiles and also has guttering along the fascia boards to keep off the wetter weather.
